Streamlined Kitchen Operations
Orders from your Website, App, QR Code Scan to Pay, Social Media Links, Google, in Person, or even over the phone, can all be seen in your Kitchen Dashboard, designed with your branding. This is a cloud based web app that can be accessed from any tablet, computer, or smartphone. Most restaurants have a tablet station setup in their to-go/expo area to manage these orders. From this tablet screen, staff can set the Bluetooth printer to auto-accept and print orders into the kitchen to be prepared. From the settings tab you can turn your online ordering on and off, 86 menu items, change store hours, and more.
Managing Live Orders
Restaurant staff can easily manage orders by bumping them into different statuses to accept, print, edit, cancel, or complete. Easy-to-identify colored tags are added to each order to identify the type and ensure order accuracy.

Call-to-Text Ordering System
When customers call in to place an order for delivery, your staff can hit the "Add Order" button in their Kitchen Dashboard to input the order and send it as an SMS text message to the customer in real time, while they're still on the phone.
Staff can ask the customer to confirm order accuracy by clicking the link in the text, confirming the order, making a secure payment, and even adding a tip. Your customer will now have access to track their driver and know when their order will arrive.

Soliciting Feedback
We automatically send an SMS Text to customers 30 minutes after their order is completed to either internally handle a poor experience, or encourage public reviews for satisfied customers. When they select either of the first 3 Faces, they are provided an internal feedback form that is emailed directly to you for support. When either of the 2 Satisfied faces are selected, they are taken to a choice of social media sites where they can post their review.

Have you ever wondered why customers are so willing to pay huge fees for the convenience of online ordering and delivery from 3rd party apps?
